On 23th, Nov 2008 Los Angeles reported by USA media,an USA enterprise work together with some of California cities to build the USA’s first charging network for electric cars to encourage more and more people to use electric cars to reduce the glasshouse emission.
As reported. the charging network will be established by “Nice Space Project” company and some cities government in North of C.A such as San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose etc, the total investment reaches to 1 billion US Dollars.Subject to the plan, the company will install the charging stations in the residential areas,mansions,parking lots, and govt’s buildings in the above mentioned cities to make it convinent for electric car drivers charging at any time.Furthermore, the company also decide to set up the battery replacing station to make it convinent for long-trip driving could change the battery at any time.
The Chief Executive Arnold Schwarzenegger of C.A gaves a highly comments on this project.He declared that the mode of the private enterprise working with government will help the C.A achieve the aim of controlling the glasshouse emission earlier.It proves,it is possible for people to protect the environment when promote the growth of economy.
The “ Nice Space Project” company was established nearby the Silicon Valley, it mainly works on the development of electric cars and related systems.
